Precision Plant City Deck & Fence is a licensed contractor providing residential and commercial outdoor construction services, including deck building, fence installation, pergolas, screened enclosures, and related outdoor structures in Plant City, FL and surrounding areas. Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact between prospective customers and our business.
Use of this Site does not create a contractor-client relationship. That relationship is established only when a signed written contract between you and Precision Plant City Deck & Fence is in place.
Any estimate or quote provided by Precision Plant City Deck & Fence - whether submitted verbally, by email, or through an online form - is not a binding contract. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if project scope, site conditions, or material costs change before work begins.
A written, signed contract is required before any work begins. The contract will specify the final scope of work, total price, payment schedule, and project timeline. Do not schedule your project around an estimate alone.
Additional charges may apply for work that falls outside the agreed scope, including unforeseen site conditions, code-required changes identified during permitting or inspection, or changes requested by the customer after the contract is signed. Any changes to scope will be documented in a written change order before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit review timelines, weather, material availability, or prior project delays. We will communicate any schedule changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Any deposits paid may be subject to forfeiture if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, high winds, or heavy rain - particularly during Florida's rainy season. Work will resume as soon as conditions allow.
Payment terms are specified in each individual written contract. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as outlined in the contract.
Payment is due according to the schedule in your contract. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of contract signing. We do not store payment card information.
For projects requiring building permits, Precision Plant City Deck & Fence will apply for and manage the permit process through the applicable local authority (typically Hillsborough County or the relevant jurisdiction). The cost of permits will be included in or added to the project price as disclosed in your written contract.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate property information, resolving any title or easement issues, and obtaining HOA approval if required. Delays caused by HOA review or incomplete property information are outside our control.
Warranty terms vary by project and are specified in your written contract. In general, we stand behind our workmanship for defects caused by our installation. Material warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass through to you where possible.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, weather events (including hurricanes, tropical storms, or flooding), improper use, customer modifications after completion, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance.
THE SITE AND ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Plant City Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.
All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Precision Plant City Deck & Fence or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Precision Plant City Deck & Fence regarding these terms or any services provided, we encourage you to contact us first at quotes@plantcitydeckandfence.com or (656) 300-1845 so that we can try to resolve the issue directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
